I think he looks like someone who has never done anything besides some crunches and push ups now and then.
Very average looking.
thats funny because working out is his life  :lol: i guess im going to have to ask him what he does on bench incline flys etc.

if it's over 209 lbs then it's impossible :lol:

size isnt equivalent to strenght, yet i can already now tell you there is no way this kid can do 209 pound incline flyes.. strongest guys around today do them with 100~'s
Fx blesses himself before a patw combo, Tiernan blesses himself before a neck to sole transition.... but hey thats next generation :rolleyes:

i just started to take a mass gainer a few days of ago since i noticed a decline in my weight after i had gained 15 lbs in two months (i know that sounds unrealistic) by eating 5 meals a day and snacking a lot of fattening yogurt :lol: ive tried a lot of supplements, in the U.S. i  went to the nutrition store gnc ( i go regularly) and asked the guy what he reccomends...ive tried a lot of supplements myoplex, pro-nos, muscletech etc. muscletech for example is the most heavily advertised protein thats not as good as people think it is. now im off those and just taking that mass gainer...as for creatine dont take it because once you stop you will go back to nothing and its all water muscle
