Noticed a lot of talk about who can lift this, who can lift that.
90 percent of your body starts in the kitchen.
Eat a lot of clean foods, and lift heavy shit.
No need for supplements, except Kre-Akylin is pretty sick,
and I haven't noticed anything negative with the results.

Best foods for building muscle and keeping it clean:
Oatmeal
Tuna
Lean Chicken
Brown Rice
Eggs
Banannas
Lentils
Spinach
Whole wheat pasta

Coicidentally, all these foods can be bought in bulk,
and last you almost a week, eating less than $25 dollars a week.
Amazing what a diet can do

Because normally it is processed and is not really considered a clean food.
It is good stuff, but as for 'top of the line stuff', the others forementioned
are better than it.
Lentils for instance, for every 1/4 cup (half serving i believe?) has 10g of protein and each small little bag
has about 13 servings in it. You can buy a little bag for $1.
Plus beef has a lot of additives, hormones, and saturated fats. Now and again won't hurt you and could help,
but by no means should it be your staple

chicken breasts, hamburger meat and salmon or other good things to have in your diet aswell and you can eat it disregarding if you're bulking or cutting

what gyms do you all work out at? ive seen some pretty sick videos and pictures of gyms in the US, stuff that I could only dream of seeing in sweden. Golds in Venice which of course is "the Mecca of bodybuilding" looks the size of a swedish mall ^^
Fx blesses himself before a patw combo, Tiernan blesses himself before a neck to sole transition.... but hey thats next generation
I was going to be there...but now I'm not going to be there

  im seventeen and i havent been to any well known gyms or atleast not yet. Though the local gyms here are actually really nice. They have all the equipment and machines needed in order to build a really good body. Maybe i don't know how bad swedish gyms are. Some chains here are x sport fitness, LA fitness, Lifetime Fitness. But they are not as good as Golds.

I work out at 24 hour fitness, and it is amazing. I'm sure anyone from the states can you tell you that. Any machine you can practically imagine, and has a huge pool, a sauna, steamroom, a jacuzzi, an upperlevel cardio area, and not to mention fairly friendly staff.

DJK, why do you hold such high standards for Gold's? I am not arguing you, just wondering? I went there on a trial and found it poorly maintained, and not enough equipment. Maybe in your area it is different? Then again, it was in Oakland

Though it may be poor, it is a legendary place and it is iconic for bodybuilding, and no i am not smart by telling you this because every bodybuilder knows that. I guess its all just in the name.
