thanks for stating the obvious Jerno (cough a10s cough )

A bodybuilding thread was always likely to turn into a discussion about steriods, its quite sad because i dont think this is what oLi wanted.
I give you 100 bucks if you take steroids for 1 month and post us the result of your body after that!
there wouldnt be any notable results after just 1 month

I can bench 200 pounds but I prefer dumbell press and I can only curl very light weight (YEAAAH BUDDY   ) because I have wrist problems

Oh, jus wonderin, like what?
No idea what it's caused by. My dad has the same problem. It's basicly like this; my wrist is weak and I feel pain in it on different occasions. It's common when I workout biceps.
does this occur when/if u do pushups and chin ups? my brother couldnt do them becoz he said the same thing.
when he used that excuse, i just told him its coz he's a week sh*t lol...maybe that was rong

of course, it depends upon how much he weighs, but yeah, it's probably more than normal for someone who weightlifts regularly

that makes it a hell of a lot more impressive.  i knew a "fair" number of guys at 14 who could probably do that, but almost all of them played american football (they start weightlifting considerably at 13-14) and were a fair bit larger.
