I didn't mean it towards you and fyi you are doing them correctly so I don't know what the hell you are being a bitch about.
It's bullied not "bullyied" and as a kid I think everyone experiences both bullying others and being bullied themselves.
Oh and you just went of topic again and since I'm just answering your post it doesn't count in the same way.
Fx blesses himself before a patw combo, Tiernan blesses himself before a neck to sole transition.... but hey thats next generation :rolleyes:

at my gym they always put the gayest lovesongs there are. that really sucks and taking my ipod is also not a good option cause ipods get stolen very often at the gym  :down:
How does it get stolen if you are wearing it? Just keep it on you.
My thoughts exactly...
you just put it on some place while putting your training clothes on/off and youll never see it again. and i use an ipod touch so its more atractive lol.
funniest thing is when you see some kid trying to theach his friends how to do it correctly even if he cant do it correctly himself. or when you see kids training every muscle your body has in 1 day

how does everyone here decide wen they want to up the wieght? for me, i perfected the weight befor i upped it.
so in the case of doing 15kg X 8 on bicep, i would do them untill my elbow didnt move more than 2cm.
