i like to do sit ups but its very reppetetive can you tell me any other workouts for the abs :P  also my arms are weak as what should i do for them (i dont want to weight lift)
Search for ab workout or abdominal workout at youtube and you'll find alot. And you'll never get stronger arms if you don't weight lift, sorry.

You can use your own bodyweight. Pressups and tricep dips help alot connor, you can do them at home, no need to buy equipment.
There are 5 muslces on your arm and the way I see it without equipment you wont be able to target most of them

to be fair, it's quite possible to get stronger arms without the use of any weights at all.

but oli is right in that it will help it along MUCH faster, also to be able to target each of the muscles.  for example... i've done a lot of pressups and i've done a lot of punching bag work for martial arts.  my triceps are great but since i hadnt' lifted weights in a while, my biceps have been slowly shrinking...

yes, and since ur 14 get enuf to put 10kg on each bar. ur not going 2 start on 10kg on each, but ur gonna need it eventually. btw im talking about the small bars used for bicep curls and such.

if u dont have weights and u wanna do something, try the following:
-run-jog-run
-push ups
-hanstand push ups(against a wall ofcorse)
-diamond push ups
-extra wide arm push ups
-chin ups
-pull ups
-wide grip chin ups
-wide grip pull ups
-dips
-sit ups
-crunches
-leg lifts/raises
-i dont know this ones name so ill explain it. lie flat on ur stomach and lift ur chest and limbs multiple times(for lower back)
i gotta eat now, if i remember any more ill let use know.

Are you retarded? Doing 200 reps of anything does not make you stronger. If you're out for strenght, go and do 1-3 reps.

This isn't the point here, you don't see bodybuilders doing 2,000 press ups a day do you? They lift weights.

yes you would get bigger arms by doing weight lifts and you would get stronger than just doing push ups, cuz with push ups after all no matter how many you do, your just lifting your own weight of the ground, instead with weightliftings you can lift as much weight as you want, but anyone that says that you WILL NOT get a stronger upperbody by doing 200 push ups a day is a fucking idiot
The strenght will only increase slightly if even at all. If you do 200 of anything it's no longer a question of strenght. You see any power lifters doing 200 reps of squats? Not really.

im not talking about bodibuylders, im talking about the normal guy that starts off doing lets say 40-50 push ups a day, and increases in lets say 3 weeks to doing 200 a day, then YEAH HE WILL GET STRONGER THAN WHAT HE WAS BEFORE DOING THE PUSH UPS....... but to be a bodybuilder you do have to lift weights, but thats not what i was talking about, you said that push ups DONT make you stronger, and thats BS cuz they do up till certain point, but they do
Now you're saying a day while the rest of us were speaking about doing them in one go. How about you actually read the discussion and find out what's being discussed?
