Gym shouldnt take soo much of your time, remember you can only get bigger with rest, not constant work outs.

4 days a week gym, either before or after school, study rest of the time and weekends for social like and freestyle. Or you can freestyle before and after gym as your cardio.

My bad for answering olis question, but different routines suit different people, so a broader idea would be better for you anyways

My non weekend social life is in school and in the gym. Other than that I only hang out with friends on the weekends.
I don't watch TV. I do homework after school.

And FYI to everyone, it's impossible to gain any muscle if you're not on a calory +. And being on a calory + = bulk.
Therefore TotalFag10 please GTFO this thread.
Fx blesses himself before a patw combo, Tiernan blesses himself before a neck to sole transition.... but hey thats next generation

how is anyone to answer that when we have no knowledge of how long you worked out before you quit?

how is anyone to answer that when we have no knowledge of how long you worked out before you quit?
should that really matter? if i was at level X, and i lifted X amount, wat difference would it make if u knew how long i worked out for?
btw i worked out for 7 months.

well i didnt work out yesterday, but 2day i will.
