oli, how do u have time for skool, homework, workout, freestyle, tv and social life(and anything else ur into)?
Gym shouldnt take soo much of your time, remember you can only get bigger with rest, not constant work outs.
4 days a week gym, either before or after school, study rest of the time and weekends for social like and freestyle. Or you can freestyle before and after gym as your cardio.
My bad for answering olis question, but different routines suit different people, so a broader idea would be better for you anyways :thumbsup:
