My question was directed at the general BF population, you dont have to disclose what your cum face looks like if you dont want to.

With a powerlifiting form and range of motion bench is 209 and squat is 265. Also deadlift tho you didnt ask, 331.
Fx blesses himself before a patw combo, Tiernan blesses himself before a neck to sole transition.... but hey thats next generation :rolleyes:

max. bench: 75 kg goung for 80kg in two weeks im pretty young tho hohooo

i've never deadlifted before. these numbers are from about a month ago, so i'm sure they've increased


i only use the bench as a marker of how much upper  body strength that i've gained. same with the squats. it's a pretty useful tool for that, as all of my actual working out is just body weight.

My weight is 165.. I'm actually pretty shit at bench. prefer dumbell presses a lot more

while you workout for size, i know how to workout for strength. get with the program :thumbsup:

besides, i'd shoot myself before i took a video in the gym lifting weights.
