max bench: 275
max squat: 325 (i did like 5 reps, but i don't know my "max")
i've never deadlifted before. these numbers are from about a month ago, so i'm sure they've increased
i only use the bench as a marker of how much upper body strength that i've gained. same with the squats. it's a pretty useful tool for that, as all of my actual working out is just body weight.
