Ahhhh, I get your point, I have to get used to gain calories more than to burn them right? I'll try to keep eating continuously (I mean to eat something every hour/30 minutes), for example today I've eaten: a big arabic pumpkin with rice in it,  half an apple, a banana, drank like 2 normal cups of tea, a snack, 1 cucumber, half bread with yogurt in it (thats its name right?), and now im going to eat 2-3 medium bowls of soup which includes: carrots, potatoes, broccoli, pasta. And I *may* eat more, is that enough for example? or should I eat more?
Those mostly sound like they weigh a lot but don't have many calories in them.
Did you see my example? All the foods together weigh a lot but are low in calories except the burger. Try stuff with high carbs in them, bread has a lot of calories in it. Eat sandwiches of peanut butter or something. 2 slices is around 180 calories, 4 slices is 360 + the food you're eating with it is an easy 500 calories. Quarter chicken, skinless is 280 calories. Eat stuff with rice as well. Snack on bananas(110cal each), carrot(50cal each), nuts and legumes.  1 cup of pumpkin is 30 calories, can you see how little that is compared to 1 banana?

I see, I'll try to eat food which contains lots of calories and carboons, thanks for the tip!  :13:

Bread has a lot of calories, pasta has a lot. I think those have eggs in them, I don't really know. Almost everything processed has eggs. Try weight gainers if you're desperate. Peanuts, nuts and peanut butter are high in calories.
Most sweet fruits have lots of calories too. You can usually find the calorie count and the back of the packet where it says the nutritional information. It will be under 'energy'. It could be measured in Kj, if that's the case you can divide the amount by 4 and you'll get the amount of calories in it. 1000kj is approximately 250 Calories.
For anything with out a nutritional count you'll be able to find on through Google. Judging from your hours of training you'll need like 3000-3500 calories when you train for an hour. For 5 hours...hmm, in summer maybe something like 5500calories. I don't think that's doable with your diet and the size of your stomach, you'll have to start slow and build it up. Try counting the calories you consume in a day and then add 300 more every day until you start to gain weight.

I've never understood this, do rapist and murderers use this to convince them selves that they're fine? I know if I found a problem that I wanted to fix and could fix I would at least try to. "I don't know how to create electricity, I guess that's just the way I am" Nikola Tesla if he used your logic.
Anyway, I hope at least one person will use the information that I type up and achieve their goals. Other wise you've just wasted my time.
