Bread has a lot of calories, pasta has a lot. I think those have eggs in them, I don't really know. Almost everything processed has eggs. Try weight gainers if you're desperate. Peanuts, nuts and peanut butter are high in calories.
Most sweet fruits have lots of calories too. You can usually find the calorie count and the back of the packet where it says the nutritional information. It will be under 'energy'. It could be measured in Kj, if that's the case you can divide the amount by 4 and you'll get the amount of calories in it. 1000kj is approximately 250 Calories.
For anything with out a nutritional count you'll be able to find on through Google. Judging from your hours of training you'll need like 3000-3500 calories when you train for an hour. For 5 hours...hmm, in summer maybe something like 5500calories. I don't think that's doable with your diet and the size of your stomach, you'll have to start slow and build it up. Try counting the calories you consume in a day and then add 300 more every day until you start to gain weight.
