People really don't seem to give much of a shit anymore about some cool/interesting/controversial shit anymore. Stuff that happened this week would get 20 page threads with opinions all over the place. This thread is just now picking up but still...

What the heck is going on? People just don't care that much and look past some of these things?
  :iagree:

the judges dont even get paid

but I have to say big-ups for going on the microphone after, and he said "i didnt mean to disrespect, and im sorry." so big respect for that, coz it takes a lot of balls to apologize too..

I think we can all just be friends and leave this behind, and btw if you werent there you will never properly understand the atmosphere or situation of it, so your opinion is pointless
how can they not pay them for being judges ? that's really fucked up ! and you talk about respect and appreciating what they did.. how the fuck can the organizers not pay them.. I would be really ashamed to ask them to come and sit there a lot of time with no payment.

u greedy fuck  and i think he probably paid the flights or w.e for the judges

:sign0098: lucaso make it happen next year  :You_Rock_Emoticon:  :13:

Too many gangs, not enough individual opinions. People putting others down for voicing their opinion because they weren't there..stupidest thing I've read in a long time.

just wanna say, everybody i spoke to who was there agreed that it was the best international meet of all time. ALL but a few (not mentioning any names) contributed money to buying Lucaso a gift at the end of the event because it was so so good and it was very clear how much work had been put into it.

If the competition was as AL liked, it would have zero atmosphere and would be bollocks.
Too many people are making assumptions who werent there, to put it bluntly, it was a fucking unbelievable 5 days that couldnt have been any better and it is entirely down to the friendliness of all the freestylers who were there, and Lucasos crazy good organisation.

Has it ever occured to the guys saying 'where are the discussions on the forum?!' that most of the forum were at the competition discussing it in real life as it was all happening?

nope? ok then. lol

I just want to say that Lucaso is a legend.

I have good ideas for the upcoming competition or any other freestyle competition like this in general. I'd also love to MC again.

Once more thanks Lucaso, judges & everyone that came!
Fx blesses himself before a patw combo, Tiernan blesses himself before a neck to sole transition.... but hey thats next generation
I was going to be there...but now I'm not going to be there

Lucaso just explained it perfectly

and about people complaining about what i said... i didnt mean it like that, of course youre entitled to your opinion.. BUT

when the video cuts out the beginning of the situation, doesnt show the judges expressions, and cuts out the entire aftermath of the situation, then you dont have enough facts to accurately have an important opinion. in this case you simply had to be there, or wait for a much better video before you say stuff like it was stone-cold truths
