Don't go on the treadmill yet. Give it some serious rest so you don't reinjure it.

Also, stop listening to whoever is telling you to keep stretching the muscle. There is a good chance that you have pulled or torn your muscle. If this is the case, the last thing you want it to stretch the muscle. You should be icing it a few times ever day so it can pull itself back together. NO STRETCHING UNTIL YOU ARE FULLY HEALED.

if its that bad, why not go to physio? And stretching is good if its not too severe.

+1.

For the record, I tore my calf.  I listened to bad advice, and I retore that calf multiple times.  Get it checked out.

its probably just a pulled muscle, nothing to worry about, but STOP DOING EXERCISE YOU MOFO! it will go away soon, but just give it some time to rest, the best way of not over-working yourself, is always taking one day of the week in wich you dont do anything all day, for me its sunday, i just relax all day on sunday, it gives time for your muscles to un-stiffen, and your blood cells to re-generate

i did not have any problems for a long time. then today after school i didn't have a car to pick me up so my bro came to me by bike. so i ran along side him then i started felling pain in my calf again. i stoped and we swaped and i started riding the bike. when i got home i sat down and had no pain.

i gotta go to a doctor this is getting out of hand
