You may be having extraordinary muscle growth in your calves. It happens to a lot of soccer players and the only real way of fixing it is surgery. I've had quite a few friends that got it done.

damn i dont want no god damn surgery. fuck this treadmill. i'll just run around the block from now on.

it still hurts no matter what you do to it. if i stretch it it is worser

it will hurt when you stretch it, but keep on stretching it, so that you can improve the flexibility of your calf. This will prevent your calf from cramping up so much, unless it is in fact what Adi says it is.

my calf is seriously hurting. i went on my new treadmil and ran for like 3 km non stop only steping on my front feet. it hurt but then i went boxing and now i have trouble walking. any suggestions on helping
quit boxing you'll get knock you first round against anyone you weak shit lol joking

i stoped boxing. mainly because you have to use the boxing stance which means it have to lift your left leg which streaches you calf. and i cant do that.

luckly we didn't have school today. that was the good thing. now its getting a bit better i played light soccer today. but every time i strech it hurts a bit

how? I think you just need to improve the flexibility in your calves so that they stop cramping up. Adi is the one who is being pessimistic.
