-shoulder/head fake

easiest/most simple/most effective when done correctly

push it past his front leg

i was always a big fan of a roll and stepover into a stepover.  like, roll with right, step with left, stepover with right/left foot, push with right/left

or if your turned to a defender, you can always step past the ball (like you're going to turn that way) and then turn the other way

those were always the easiest ways for me.

I'm more flamboyant, because I played more pickup and houseleague until I got into my teens
so I picked up skill and stuff

my signature is juggling over people
but I try not to rely on it

Unfortunately, I'm not too strong on the ball, so that is my downfall as a player. I get pushed off too easily. And although I'm pretty quick, I'm not all that explosive, which has caused me problems.

i have been pretty "flamboyant" (no homo) in the past, but there's a time and place for everything.

yeah, pick something simple and master it.  i mean, unless you're a god amongst men, you won't be pulling off a hocus pocus well enough to beat a good opponent

haha no homo

ahhh yeah, I don't go trying to pull off stuff like that every time I touch the ball or anything. Most of the time, I pass 1st or 2nd touch.

Oh and you can't use a hocus pocus in a game unless you're stuck in a corner...it's too slow

unless, of course, you're a god among men

play futsal
it's a good way to learn simple tricks
when I was into football a lot, I hardly faked
I just knew when to turn right or left and pass the defender with ease
all comes from practice
nowadays I don't trick unless my back is against the defender or there's a flow in the game and the ball comes to me
and when I do, ooooooooweeeeeee.....

Yeah.
I always find the right drag to left inside step over, a la Jay Jay "so good they named him twice" Okocha, one of the best...

Stepover inside akka in one smooth movement. Always makes the defender put his weight on the wrong foot.

haha lol i was just thinking the same thing, that guy made that trick famous.

i personally like the body feint, i just leave the ball rolling and move my whole body to a side, defender always follow then do it again to the other side, lol
