barcelona has won it's copa del rey along with the leage; united has won it's league cup as long as well as the league (let's remember, that panathinaikos fc won the club world championship once or whatever, so really how meaningful is that :nopity:)

and this game will certainly decide which team is the best team in europe :banana:

United's accomplishments this year have been outstanding, you can't take anything away from them. FIFA Club World Cup is something, and it actually does mean a lot.

i pray that barca wins. if you are neutral, you should lean towards barca, because they play the better football. barca also probably is the best team in the world at the moment whether they win the final or not. unfortunately i don't expect this game to be very entertaining unless barca score early. united will sit back and look to counter if barca doesn't meaning the game will be much like the chelsea games, very boring. i would say most likely if the game is entertaining barca will win, because they are the better footballing team at the moment. their passing and teamwork will be too much for united's defense. all the teams that have had success against united have attacked them, and forced them to play football. if the game is boring look for a repeat of last years semi, stinkfest all game than some screamer from a united player to win 1-0.

actually i would say that barca played poorly against chelsea. i thought that they played pretty good. its just that chelsea's game plan made it very hard for barca to play their style of football. they needed a more direct option to break up the bunker defense of chelsea. possibly switching henry to the central striker role could work. he could be a direct outlet if the game is too clogged up to  play their normal way.
