y would u ask such a stupid question? ofcourse i have, many times. and even a lil bend is cheating imo. thats y i never went over 20kg for curls, i kept bending and a stayed back at 20kg. has anyone ever beat the crap outta u? oh silly me, cocky ppl get that all the time 
Look who's talking. You weigh about 150 pounds and you're like what, around 180 cm tall? You're also skinny as hell on top of that and when you say you curl 20 I can only imagine that being preacher curl

i forget the name, but i sit down, my back is 90 degrees 1 bar in each hand and i curl without moving my elbow from its position. 20X8, 6 sets. i dont do it any more. i havent got that much time these days.
if u can repeat 8x20 thru 6 sets it is fuckn unbelievible
lol, im not 15 years old. i turn 19 in 5 months. think about it, when were 17, we start with 15, after few months, we go to 16, a few months later we advance to 17.5, remember, by this time im still under 18. so add on a 3-4 months and how much should i be lifting? and now that ive stoped, in 1 week i can get back to 20kgX8 but like 4 sets max. i did this a few weeks ago wen i was asking if u remember. but i just dont have enuf time for it any more.
