if ur having a day break of working out do u still have to eat a lot on that day?
nah I dont think so....
because when you eat for example alot of fat and do alot of work out, you'll burn all that fat and this fat and it this bring's as a result more muclular mass in the muscles you have worked out to burn all that fat...
But now, following the same example with fat.... if you eat alot of fat and dont do any excersise, that fat wont change into muscular mass... it juist will stay there and the result of this is more fat porcentaje in your body wich obviously is something negative....
