When I sprint 400 m I get really tired at the end. Is this common or am I the only one? What can I do to never get tired whilst running?

Why are you asking this? Of course people get tired at the end of sprinting 400 m! They get tired at the end of sprinting 200 m!
The connection between the threads initial Q and this Q is indeed extremely hard to find. And no, it's no joke, I do actually get tired after 400 m.
I don't see how mike, you should train more.

I get that all the time  .

Naah, there must an easier solution to this, that doesn't include more training, because it's training I get tired of?

ive seen a lot of people do like tatw amatw nt then a short combo then carry on kick ups
and try the combo again but they are tired after the first
i just like do a combo then if im not happy with it i'll just stop doing kick ups and start again
i think what im trying to say is take breaks inbetween combos dont do a 10 trick combo then try another straight after

I do the exact same thing  :3some:
that's why I don't tire in practice sessions
but in combos, yes, everyone gets tired. it just needs practice. what do you expect? a 30 move combo is not as easy as it looks

then you will get used to them i was like that 1st but just carried on mate
keep praticing you will get there peace jammy
To learn to succeed, you must first learn to fail.
You can't know where you're going without good goals.
It's what you do that counts, but it's how you do it which separates you from the rest.
You can't have creativity unless you leave behind the bounded, the fixed, all the rules

That's just your muscles getting tired probably. I had the same problem. Just keep practicing, maybe a few muscle exercises could help.

Any way, don't worry. Your stamina will increase over time :)
