Tiring ?
« on: Feb 26, 2009, 05:32: AM »
Myself and another freestyler i know have a problem of that when we try long combos we get tired every easily and it feels like we dont breathe through combos  :dontknow: i dont really know but at the end of them we get soooo tired !
Does any1 have the same problem or does any1 know how to stop it ?
And btw i already know im not that fit so that could be a reason
Thanks

I know several people that have the same problem. I guess it's pretty common.

I have the same problem, but for around 1 year ago I got tiered of just 20 tricks, and then 30 and now 50. It will get better. But I have that problem, I feel I could get longer combos, but I get to tiered :S

And using both feet isn't as hard, and it's much more impressive. Right Tobias?

ive seen a lot of people do like tatw amatw nt then a short combo then carry on kick ups
and try the combo again but they are tired after the first
i just like do a combo then if im not happy with it i'll just stop doing kick ups and start again
i think what im trying to say is take breaks inbetween combos dont do a 10 trick combo then try another straight after

When I sprint 400 m I get really tired at the end. Is this common or am I the only one? What can I do to never get tired whilst running?

Why are you asking this? Of course people get tired at the end of sprinting 400 m! They get tired at the end of sprinting 200 m!

The connection between the threads initial Q and this Q is indeed extremely hard to find. And no, it's no joke, I do actually get tired after 400 m.
