Any one who steps up to the US is a G in my eyes.

You need to read more, a lot more. You are very ignorant.
Don't make such stupid accusations. Where are your facts?  Maybe your the one that needs to read less propaganda.

My girlfriend is from Venezuela. I know more about that country and his president than you probably could imagine. I've spoken with her family members about the situations that occur in the country. I've done extensive research on the topic in general for school. He does not belong in a political office; he hasn't even got manners --

Your facts are where bro? Every leader has supporters and critics. No one is going to tell you hes perfect. As long a he was elected 'democratically' he dose belong in office right??. The poor are granted education, food, health care and a roof over their heads in Venezuela. Shit some of them are living better than in someplace in the US. Just because he cut them oil shipments to the US. Stop hating.

When a government attempts to establish an authoritative regime, it begins by violating and abusing the civil and political rights of it's own people. Chavez has done more of his fair share of intimidating the press and supressing free speech, taking control of the labor unions, manipulating  currency (which he has done a shit load of), and undermining private enterprises. Shutting down virtually the MTV of Venezuela (RCTV) because they spoke out against him. And this does not damage a countries freedom of expression at all :dontknow: Imagine a country where if you speak your opinion on television, your whole station gets completely shut down. Chavez has given shelter to Columbia's Communist terrorist group, the FARC. The Venezuelan government, under Chavez, gave to many thousands of illegal Columbians, Cubans, and foreigners the opportunity to illegally vote for him during the referandum. Besides Cuba, who else does Chavez supply oil dollars to? Evo Morales, Bolivia's leader who is supporting the expansion of coca cultivation. During Mohammed Khatami's visit to Venezuela, Chavez also supported and ecouraged the use of nuclear power in Iran. Bottom line, is that the upcoming socialist state in Venezuela will only help destroy the democracy Nicaragua, Columbia, Bolivia, or other vulnerable neighbors. It is more than just oil shipments. It is about the money used from exporting oil going to the regimes of Castro and Morales.

Here is for Chavez saving the world

I'm not going to deny they've done wrong, but they have done more good than bad considering they have limited recourses  and allies. Again the people get an education, food, health care and a roof over their heads. Its a communist style government so the government supplies them for free. The reason they are in bad economic situations is mainly because of US imposed trade embargos. Now lets look at the countries the US have liberated?  Nicaragua, Puertarico, Guatemala hahahah they are in worse conditions than Cuba and Venezuela. The Us backs ruthless government who betray their people and sell of their countries resources. Fidel and Chevez have a higher set of values and make there people proud to be Cuban and Venezuelans except for those salty exiles (sellouts) who side with US and call there leaders names and try to make them look bad.  Ofcourse hes going to be paranoid the US will keep funding people to start coups against him they already tried it in 2004 if you where in his shoes you would have done the same.

Freedom of speech dose not exist anywhere look here in Australia a reporter said that the US and Aus troops are occupiers in Iraq and the militants fighting against them are freedom fighters and that he wouldn't have any sympathy if an Aus solider was killed. He got into trouble and a little while later laws where passed down if you say anything of this kind you will face a 6 year jail sentence. Where is the mother fucking freedom of speech??? Do you honestly thing Fox, Cnn or BBC ect report the truth? The BBC admitted that in WWII they reported straight propaganda but they don't do it any more thats bullshit whats to say years later they wont admit the same thing. The governments here also bare influence in what gets broadcast.

The US back the Israel. I doubt I need to explain to whos worse?

Iran has made it clear that its using its nuclear program is for peaceful energy reasons there isn't a law against that is there?

Those countries are already in shambles because of ''democracy''. Cuba because of Castro is in much better condition. Most of these countries need to establish a Chinese style economy.

Your opinion on this matter is biased based on the fact that you are personally connected with anti Chavez exiles.  :pimp:
