Robinho's job isn't to deliver into the box, although he plays wide. Robinho plays the same role as Cristiano Ronaldo. His job is to beat people and lay it off, get fouled, or score. Ashley Young has a better deliver into the box than Ronaldo as well, doesn't mean much.

messi is not overrated, its a pity seedorf is not respected by many dutch as he is at AC Milan, Premier League>Primera Division>Bundesliga 1>Serie A, man utd is also not overrated  ( i do not support them)

Soccer is played beautifully and impeccably in La liga. Its solid in the EPL, but good only among the top teams. In Serie A, there is too much of a lockdown mentality, and Bundesliga is hitting a bit of a rough period.

Riquleme has never been good enough to win wolrd player of the year.... 1 excellent season does not merit that especially when there where a lot of better players then him... he doesn't have the x factor which is the difference between an excellent player... and a great player... if you cant see that your a fool .

ill give you tht arsene wenger and fergie are more successful managers at the moment... but they are at bigger clubs....but i dont think i made my point clear it was a bit vague... wot i should of said was... Martin Oneil - best manager in the premiership this season.... so what i am saying is i think he will win manager of the season IMO.

Gerrard took an average team to win the champions league final.... he has everything.... he can defend..attacked pass...head... he has got it all... unfortunatly he needs to move clubs before he becomes stale. or liverpool need to be shaken up a bit.

I don't know. I mean, besides William Gallas and Tomas Rosicky, you've got to say that Wenger still goes for low key signings like Eduardo and Adebayor. Then Nicklas Bendtner looks really promising, along with Denilson, Diaby, Song, etc..

Wenger really does make something out of nothing. Their carling cup run was made completely by young players. I think it is remarkable.

Gerrard is on the same level as Fabregas, Pirlo and Essien. It's too hard to distinguish between these as they all play slightly different center mid roles. Gago is not on their level yet. I would put Guti ahead of Gago, even though he's not as consistent. He's still a better player than Gago.

essien plays the same way as gerrard... doesn't get the goals gerrard gets at the moment though... to be fair this season fabregas has been outstanding.. especially at the start, pirlo is a great player... but i rate gerrard highly.. i think when he is on form there isn't a centre midfielder better
