Mats Weinholdt practise 5 hour a day. He's not a master but he learned tatw-amatw very fast.
I saw him som months ago and then he could only do aatw and other bad shit, and about 1.5 months later he did tatw-amatw nt and tatw-atatw nt.

yh, i dont think i have ever seen jf make a drop in an lp, this is a tip for you, drink lost of water it keeps your muscles hydrated so you can freestyle for longer without your legs dropping dead  :thumbsup:

How is it possible for JF to practice 6-8 hours every day? He has alot of performances too? And you cant practice 6-8 hours in one time. I guess he practice like  hours 2 times a day or something, but still? Thats insane, doenst he gets tired? I know he is used to it, but its still sick to do that?...

Much is fine touching I believe. For example practicing stuff he can already easily do. And there's no way he does his practice 6 hours straight. My guess 3 times 2 hours each time
