i practice for one hour a day and soetimes 2 :biggrin:

i think mentality has a massive affect. (or is it effect?) if u enjoy it u will learn much quicker, and generally if u enjoy u can practice longer = positive multiplier effect.
and physical fitness, even when ienjoy practicing, i cant go any longer than about30mins max cos i get tired and any excess becomes pointless.. from what ive heard JF physical = da bomb
