It's not that difficult actually if you know how to flick up the ball right, it's only about getting the techneq (Lazy to find correct spelling) It's kinda super frustrating at the beginning but when you get the secret of the trick it becomes easy and only practice is left (I'm talking especially about akka 3000).

Such a sexy move.  I wish I could master it for the pitch.  How difficult is it to learn this move without being a freestyler?
I've managed to teach even the most untalented bunch of guys who have barely any coordination simple AKKAs in just 10mins, so I reckon you could learn something like the AKKA 3000 in just a few days, a week tops.

Now, using it in a game, under pressure is something you'd have to practice a bit more. :)

To learn to succeed, you must first learn to fail.
It's what you do that counts, but it's how you do it which separates you from the rest.
You can't have creativity unless you leave behind the bounded, the fixed, all the rules.

I have to agree with Miran. Many basic akkas are quite simple. You can probably do ground akkas. Akka is just Dutch for hook, so moves like flip-flap, elastico, or hocus pocus are all akka variations. We just don't call them that. Knee akka is fairly simple. Some combinations of it can be quite difficult, but the basic akka is simple. Akka 3000 can definitely have a learning curve depending on the individual. I've seen people pick it up in 5min, and I've seen people that can never quite get it.

Doing anything other than the basic ground akkas in games can be very difficult unless the defenders are garbage. In fact, most video you see of someone doing them successful is half the defender being shite. Once you've mastered them, you can try them in a game. I've had them work a few times, but simple dribbling is much more effective.

No it isn't, maybe it's street language or something like that :)

I've heard that it was from many different videos. I don't speak Dutch, so I just trusted the videos. It's very likely slang.

You can do an akka between your shoulders. You just pop the ball up high enough than pop it from one shoulder straight to the other shoulder. It can even be used in game to a point.

I can't find the video online, but  it's on the Brazil in the Streets DVD. Fernando Pitt does it in a street match. It's possible in a real football match as well as it's really just a quick change of direction and acceleration.
