I have to agree with Miran. Many basic akkas are quite simple. You can probably do ground akkas. Akka is just Dutch for hook, so moves like flip-flap, elastico, or hocus pocus are all akka variations. We just don't call them that. Knee akka is fairly simple. Some combinations of it can be quite difficult, but the basic akka is simple. Akka 3000 can definitely have a learning curve depending on the individual. I've seen people pick it up in 5min, and I've seen people that can never quite get it.
Doing anything other than the basic ground akkas in games can be very difficult unless the defenders are garbage. In fact, most video you see of someone doing them successful is half the defender being shite. Once you've mastered them, you can try them in a game. I've had them work a few times, but simple dribbling is much more effective.
