well ive been stuck in the same damn place for a week..records are imrproving..but consistency is somewhat the same

If he's not seeing any progression he should change something. It would be foolish to not ask the community for a different training method. What's the point in the help section if we shoot down anyone who needs help?

It's probably covered in Leha's tutorial but if it's been left out...it's a good idea to practice one footed 'htws'. I practiced them for a while and my PB jumped from 20 to 36. I didn't even concentrate on just htws either.

raised my record from 7 to 12 and i can manage 5-6 consistently...gonna focus more on htws from now on

If you want to raise consistency, try to do htws from 'dangerous' situations. For example far to the sides, far in front of you, really close to legs, etc. It'll make your reaction faster and better to save your htws ;)
