lol..anyway, if anyone was wondering why I asked it was because you have to have a bit of mass at least to see a difference with creatine. Even then, it's cheating yourself.
so it wouldn't work for me? :(

No, nothing will work for you since you claim you lose 20,000 calories a day(approximately 5.7lbs of fat) and you need a calorie surplus to put muscle on.
wait, what should i eat to put on muscle mass?

A calorie surplus + enough protein for recovery. 500 should be enough(assuming you're not going to be freestyling). Every hour I freestyle I'd consume an extra 1000.

protein

To be honest, I don't count how much protein I consume, I just try to get over 100 at least. Some people say you're supposed to get 1.5 X weight in lbs, some say 1 X your weight in lbs.
I get mine from everything I can. Eggs, tuna, chicken, hamburgers are the cheapest things to eat that have high protein. Kangaroo meat is best but tastes bad imo. Protein shakes are the easiest way, of course.
Anyway, worry more about the calories than the protein. If you're getting 3000 calories, chances are you're getting a decent amount of protein along the way.
