I hear mixed things about it... but yes, it's effective.  Gotta drinks tons of water while taking it though.

lol..anyway, if anyone was wondering why I asked it was because you have to have a bit of mass at least to see a difference with creatine. Even then, it's cheating yourself.

I'm about 12% body fat with a reasonable amount of muscle. Anyways, i'm going to start taking creatine in 6 months after i start seeing some results with whey isolate. Thanks for replying btw :)

No, nothing will work for you since you claim you lose 20,000 calories a day(approximately 5.7lbs of fat) and you need a calorie surplus to put muscle on.
