okay I don't know if you're trying to be sarcastic or not, but whatever. And I have read your tutorials man, but what's that got to do with russian's improving faster than others? If a russian and american (for example) both start out at the same time, keep up with your tutorials, are you saying that the russian will still improve faster? That's what pissed me off..

 
What pissed you and everyone else off is being embarrassed by someone who clearly has more knowledge about lowers then you will ever dream of.

Amother thing: I do not claim to have good knowledge in lowers guys, but i take notes on what leha says and try relaying the info to you guys. Why? Because it will help you substantially improve. - not everything I say is complete bullshit, if you guys managed to pull your heads out of your asses you would realize I am only repeating GOOD training advice from a legend.

from now on you should only practice amatw , and when u are good enough you should try to see if it is the same to do amatw matw nt before ever landing co matw nt and how long it takes for u to learn it

i would also said he should practice matw, kamatw and combos with amatw but yeah if we outlock co i am pretty exsitet how advices u will give

when i started freestyle my amatw and co both was bendy, but then i saw how i could improve the cross and my amatw changed also when i got diff co

my style got less bendy lol, when i changed the cross over it got easier to change the amatw aswell.
