Maybe i'm completely wrong here or whatever....but
in the two clips you showed, you only used your "weak" left foot to spring yourself off the ground.
maybe you need to improve your balance with your "strong" right foot.
it could be that your right foot is the best for controling the football but not at balancing your weight.

Okey guys I thought about this discussion, and I don't care if u disagree with what I am going to write now cause it is so true
I thought about the case, and if you put a fully grown up person with muscles beside a younger person which does not have that muscles and is skinny
You will have so different results, the reason Leha says that CO does not affect improvement or style at all is because in Russia there is only grown up Freestylers which he helps and give helpful tips (there is probably just a few younger persons 12-14 years old idk)
Well, my point is if you start to Freestyle when you are fully developed you will have so much advantage than those who are not developed
You guys which is taller, stronger and faster would probably learn to lift amatw way faster than those who are younger
I did always struggle to lift the amatw, but now 2 years later there is no problem for me
i hope you guys understood what i ment..

and you are wrong again. younger people are way more flexible than fully developed people so they have huge advantages in learning lowers. plus you dont know how old the russian freestyler sare, i bet they arent that old. Leha told you there are 150 freestylers in russia, how many freestylers do you know from russia? not even 20 i guess so you cant know the average age of russian freestylers.

the reason why you can lift amatw easier after 2 years of freestyle is: practise....! what a surprise. It doesnt have anything to do with the development of your body.

dude, do not talk about stuff you dont have a single clue about.
when did you start freestyle, have you even been in the age of 12-13 and freestyled ?
i have been there, and i know how it was when i had to learn stuff like amatw matw nt step by step because i really struggled with it
when i was not that developed as i am today my improvement was so much slower because my body was not strong enough
yes, i probably dont know if there is any young freestylers in russia
but by every freestyler i have seen which is from russia, haves a pretty developed body which makes it easier to improve
and btw as i have mention earlier i got injuried when i was 14, 9 months later i was 15 and my body had been stronger and i can tell you that improved 10times faster than before

ok then look at for example kostya: also very small and by far not fully developed but decent improvement and good skills. also LKR has insane improvement. just because you didnt practise that much or practised wrong doesnt mean others can improve more with the same age. i would like to end this discussion now, you are too young to accept something from more experienced people. I was the same at your age.

LOL, have you seen kostyas nt level ? :D
LKR is way more developed than a normal 14 years old kid
i do not want to make enimies with you, but it seems like you are ashamed to agree with somebody which is younger than you..
you have probably more experience than me, but just realize facts pleaseee

Btw about freestylers in Russia - now we just started beginner comp, there we have 100 participants - 100 begonners, then +100-150 not beginners= >200 fsers in Russia :)
About age in freestyle - it's all about HOW you train what you wanted to get. Of course, it's different to train, for example, amatw with 180 cm height and 150, but there exists some approach how to get perfect amatw in both cases.

i agree with max here...
getting height on a trick like amatw is simply a case of a quick ankle reflex, nothing to do with leg strenth (until you are really tired, thats when it becomes to do with leg stregth). To get a high amatw u just power into the crossover and then use a flick of the top of your foot (which comes from the ankle) to lift the ball.

the reason why older fsers achieve this kind of stuff quicker is not for any physical reason, its usually just because they are likely to be mentally stronger and quicker to notice the mistakes that they are making.

Before you give your advice make sure you know the persons goals. You wouldn't tell a 20k endurance runner to sprint a lot more, would you?
http://www.youtube.com/user/LISdafreestyler
-Don't break combos.
-Don't use crossovers to save combos.
-If you're a new freestyler looking to improve, check the stickys in the help and advice section.
-Send me a personal message if you see spam.

Then after 1st post there should be no more of them here - nobody knows his person goals.

Correct. But everyone insisted on teaching this freestyler how to become a hardcore freestyler when all he asked for was how to improve his co style. His goal here is to improve his cross over style and that's what we should help him with.

If someone asks here how to make his suicide better-watching, will you give him advice on it? I guess, you will advice him not to do that.
And yeah, to train crossover style is similar to do suicide.
