Of course sits are good for your abs
How? He was asking if sits are good for abs in an aesthetic way, not functional.
Because you're exercising all these muscles when controlling a ball, switching to sole juggles, fast leg movements, etc.  You're exercising the hell out of them, and logically the result, over time, will be "nicer abs."   You couldn't imagine strong, well exercised core/ab muscles to be anything but cut, trim and aesthetically correlative to their fitness, right?
Sadly, it doesn't work the way you think.
I don't want to go in to detail, but do some research or PM me and you'll find your answer (and by research I don't mean look for products marketed to "YOU WANT AWESOME ABS??? YOU NEED ABS BLASTER PRO REVOLUTION")

@gkikas - sits - are not going to give you good abs - because you can't get abs just working out them
sits are a cardio activity - besides that - you need the actual abs exercise like crunches
and that's not even enough - because the key to getting good abs is reducing your body fat to a certain per cent - which can be achieved by right dieting
what you are writing is complete bs, srry
