I stretch before I do weird moves like datw/crabass etc... or when I attempt hardcore moves I haven't done before like patw, htlatw (yes. time to time I attempt them ) etc... If I don't, I can't sit properly because my injured knee will act up.
However, for air combos with moves I usually do (amatw, atw, htw, tatw, latw etc...) I just do what mirko does. I do some simple moves (co, atw, htw, mini nts) then slowly turn it up  :Woot_Emoticon:
somehow I don't get shin splints, hip or thigh pains anymore ever since I do what mirko does. But when I stretch like crazy (like I used to), it's normal for me to get some pain at the end of the session.  :017:

dunno.
"Matheson bases his descriptions of the death experience itself on studies by Elisabeth Kuebler-Ross and Raymond Moody.[6] When reading these accounts, Matheson found that revived suicides told a much more frightening story than anyone else who had near death experiences."

I do it like this: i do some atw's or htw or crossovers at the beginning, but not tricks like latw, then after maybe 5 minutes easy tricks i stretch my legs...then i go for htatw/tatw something like this for another 5 minutes and then i really start practise, whem im done i stretch my legs again before going home, and then a warm shower is good for muscels too.

i dont want any personal training plans from freestylers who have less experience than i have. i want statements from the hardcore freestylers and fast improvers, or from those who have heard how the hardcore guys do it. also opinions of experienced guys are helpful.

so thanks Miran, Mirko and ay !

i guess the only thing i can add is what you saw yourself in prague from mp...seriously like 20 minutes of really basic stuff, slowly increasing the intensity/speed of the tricks.

I have another question, would you stretch before starting freestyle? because i heared somewhere that you should first warm up maybe with running or something like that (in freestyle maybe with atw htw... easy tricks)

In short, yes. Warm up, then stretch.

To learn to succeed, you must first learn to fail.
It's what you do that counts, but it's how you do it which separates you from the rest.
You can't have creativity unless you leave behind the bounded, the fixed, all the rules.

It was a statement of being surprised on how dumb that comment was. No offense :great:
But i respect that.
