how much air?

how soft exactly do the polish pump their footballs? like you can squeeze it a lot and it doesn't bounce much and when it does it makes a blunt sound?  
I like to keep my footballs pumped at 80%-85%
when it's at 100 my feet hurt and i get a shin splint the next day if i've practiced air combos for at least an hour straight.
if it's like 70% i can't feel the ball and my touch goes all messy. it does help with doing high atw stuff like magellan but with moves like latw or hatw combos i need to feel the ball so i can have control.

sorry but don't is important the air in the ball , because if i use a strong ball  ,for me is more difficult , because i use a soft ball , if mp,ars,tom folan or another freestylers use a soft ball  have more problem at close good combo. if you usa a ball size 4 and not 5 size is cheat.

  for the same motivation we can use adidas shoes or nike , nike are more soft shoes , but if a person use nike don't usea trick for play a better freestyle

It's funny because when I freestyled with you in Pyrzyce 2009 we shared your ball and I found it incredibly hard to use because it was so soft and now I use a soft ball and you use a hard ball lol

it really depends on your style you shouldn't try it other peoples way just try and figure out whats best for you

mine has around 80% air, i used to have it very hard, then when in brazil i slowly changed and its much better for hardcore lower.. jonathas from br has a ridiculously soft ball as well!
