how about you change the place you train?....maybe you are doing it somewhere where the surface is not suitable for lower practise...

Yes I had terrible pain in my legs for almost every training. Then i go on soft grass field and  I could train much more without any pain
Try it... sorry for bad english

Try to do just simple stuff, Lenn, but try to get them everytime before moving to the harder tricks. I've never been injured trying that. Although this method requires a lot of time to get something simple, but you'll get them like... 10 out of 10.

That's some of the same injuries I got a year ago, and still they aren't 100 % gone.
I think you should quit lower for a long time and do sits instead.

Warm up properly (break a sweat, stretch, start the practice through the basic moves), go practice on some soft(er) surface (artificial grass for example), stop doing airmoves for some time and focus on other things (sit, upper, transitions, ground...).

To learn to succeed, you must first learn to fail.
It's what you do that counts, but it's how you do it which separates you from the rest.
You can't have creativity unless you leave behind the bounded, the fixed, all the rules.

You will find doing Airs on concrete can do some damage to the body, as you are jumping and landing on a hard surface which is going to put pressure on your joints, muscle, tendons and cartilage, which can cause long term injuries and permanant ones if you're not careful.

I suggest finding a nice flat peice of grass and practice on there for awhile, and see if it improves any.
