Ok!
So the footstall, easy trick.
But the problem is I see so many freestylers who can hold the ball on their foot and roll around, do handstands and all that schizz...and the ball is like glued to their foot.
Ive tried so many times, without my shoes on i can kinda hold the ball on until I get so far back with my leg, then it just slips out, with my shoes on it's a nightmare.
Is there some kind of secret to doing this? Or do you just have to have really flexible ankles so you can press your toes onto your shins pretty much?
Ive tried for so long to find online some secret to it or something, but don't know what to look for dont know how to do it
