Shoes for sit fs
« on: Jun 11, 2009, 07:59: PM »
why are a lot of sit fsers using those running/jogging type of shoes?
a lot of the best sit fsers are using it
is it coz it's light which makes it easy for you to go around the ball? coz my f30.8 are F!@#ING heavy and I can't do fast sits making my sits look amazingly boring...
if you use em which ones do you recommend?
and why?
sits are starting to appeal to me a lot nowadays  :rockit:

matte linder started the hype and now all the other freestylers are copying him. i was curious about it and tried some old adidas jogging shoes i had somewhere in my house and honestly there is no advantag in using jogging shoes.

Linder started to use running shoes(some adidas) and then many "copied" hi and did the same.

linder doesnt use running shoes anymore....

so it has nothing to do with the shoe, get used to a shoe you think feels good(and maybe looks good) and work from there. there is no specific shoe that is better than another, its very individual.

use ur normal fs shoe. If its too heavy get light ankle weights and make ur leg faster. or buy a new fs shoe, maybe mercs or T3's or predators. they're pretty light IMO.
