What to do for the knee cure?

Nowadays I am feeling such a serious pain in my knee.
I feel pain when I fold and unfold my leg.

i mean, it may sound as if i'm not trying to be helpful, but serious knee pain is not something you try to fix on your own

No and even if i did i wouldn't tell you, knee problems can become serious injuries if left untreated or treated badly go to a doctor/physio and find out what is wrong with it from them
