Idea About Competitions =S

Why dont we do :
ONE upper comp.
ONE SD comp.
ONE beginners comp.
ONE intermediate comp.
Etc.
Per year ?
Should there be 20 comp. of each category per year ?

e.g if a bigginner wants to be in the bigginer comp, but the bigginer comp has already passed, he has to wait untill 1 year passes so he can join a comp? by then he mite be at intermediate level and wont have a chance to ever actually join a bbigginer comp.
and besides, it makes ppl make more video, which means this sport will become more popular and well-known.
