you seem to be missing or ignoring the point, that teams are playing virtually all out defense on them.

the second leg was not close to "all out defense."  chelsea got forward often and in numbers.  they just don't need 60 minutes of possession to do something w/the ball.  playing high pressure and getting men behind the ball does not necessarily mean that they were playing "all out defense."  chelsea just let barcelona play in front of them.  having a lot of poss =/= that the other team is inside of a shell

I mean, when you watch barca play, and then when you watch man u or any other team in europe, it's like watching a different game. Even Arsenal, a team that is supposed to have great passing, look like they're fumbling with the ball compared to the way barca moves it. hell if man u tried that they'd have giveaways by the bucketload.

but of curse, brits never understood that style of soccer....I've never seen one british team, or british-coached team, play like that.
