he means that you should do more variations on your uppers, i think. Like, neckstall to shoulderstall many times and the neckstall thing (ball goes up and down, don't know name). I mean you should do at least one atm and maybe a 360 ;) then it would be better  :thumbsup: But that's just my opinion.
