it was just really one flip in the air where he hit the fence, other that that he shouldnt have died seeing as ive seen guys survive worse

at that speed, there's enough lift to cause the car to rise into the air.  when these cars travel forward, they're designed to generate a downward force.  this doesn't happen when the car travels backward.
