Well I guess others can see the songs that have already been blocked and not working, saving you some time from discovering it yourself.

yeah that would be one point.... so everyone who uploads a song just let the video be on youtube no matter if its allowed by youtube or not.

i think it will also help
as when u upload to yt and the song is blocked u often get comments and ratings before realising
so this way it would avoid deleting and reuploading the vid

Yea but once youtube catches it, it won't let you delete the video.

Yes, but in a lot of videos, the songs gets blocked before it gets published. So with this you can maybe avoid 50% of the videos that are blocked by youtube..
