vegas is the best movie editing software (but its shit in terms of editing and adding stuff to actual shots).

Adobe premier with your own effects made in adobe after effects  :rockit:
I haven't tried the two together, I need a copy of them.
but I've seen what people could do with them  :o

Sony Vegas is amazing though, I don't see why you have to change.  :booty:
like they said, keep practicing on it

final cut, premier pro, vegas

three best i've used, in that order.  although vegas is the easiest of the three to use.

final cut is only for mac users right?
it looks kool, the gui, and many ppl made good reviews about it

what are the differences between final cut and premier pro?

yea it's for macs.  final cut is like the mac version of premier.

there are some differences, but i'm still learning the programs so i can't tell you too much about them, but they definitely have more options than vegas.
