I run Track, 6-10 Miles a day. I do soccer daily, and freestyle daily.
Wow, that's heck of a lot.
i just run 2 miles, and weight lift, then freestyle.
Ya, I know. It consumes too much of my time. I don't weight lift much though, I'm about as strong as Martha Stewart.

all I do is run for like 30 minutes a day
well, it is reaaaally boring, so it's like 3 times a week so....
I like the treadmill a lot though :rockit:
makes me feel like I'm doing something :bs:
