When and because of what did you begin to freestyle?
Because of Maradonna and the legend of freestyle who's name will stay unknown(he was the first person who ever start combos)
When and where has the Touzani Part 1 recorded?
2003 in Rotterdam, it was at a court where I always playing streetsoccer/freestyle it's called POLDERPLEIN.
At the background we can often see a person. Who is he?
He was the one, who recorded the most moves and edit my video, his name is Shui an and is one of my best friends(in that time he could also play very good streetsoccer) Sometimes we where playing streetsoccer, from 8 am till 10 pm!!!!
Had you ever thought, your video would make the sport develope so fast and that so many people would begin to start freestyle? How do you feel in connection with it?
I think it's great that so many people start with the low air freestyle, first it was just for fun and now it's a thing that the whole world is practicing. Look at Palle Timinho and all the other freestylers who started this after seeing part 1. I never thought that a small video could make this happen. I'm glad that I have introduce it, because its al start with my back surgery. It's something positive what happen after a worse year ...
The TATW and the NEW SHIT tricks are also invented by you. How long did it take to find out them?
It just happened when I was playing at a court, some things just happen...
When was your first live performance?
It was at a court near Feyenoord. The prof players always train there.
How big was your largest crowd in front of you?
80.000
Had you really played for the junior team of Feyenord or is it just a gossip?
I played for Feyenoord but only to look if I was physic enough to play, but it didn't work. So I started to play Futsal.
How often do you practice?
Its hard to say, but I never practice.. My practice starts at an event etc.. When I was 12 till 16 I was playing the whole day and night, but now I don't have time for it. I play professional Futsal, and have a lot of gigs, clinics etc. And I want also to have time left for my family, that's the most important thing for me...
What do you advice to the freestylers who want to practice groundmoves? How to begin it?
Start with the basic groundmoves and build up to the hard one, that's the best way to develop your flow. I think your flow is one of the most important things. Next to this you have practice with somebody else. Its nice to have groundmoves but you have use them against your opponent
Do you have any time to watch other freestylers' videos?
There are a lot of email that I receive and I try to watch them, I saw a lot original things, but also a lot of basic things... It doesn't matter what tricks you can, its important to have fun...
Who are your favorite freestylers and why?
The anonym freestyler/streetsoccer player (THE LEGEND!!!)
Diego Armando Maradona - Do I really have to explain this
Abdullah - (the most original freestyler)
Rathinho - I helped with a lot of tricks, and I think his flow on the ground is the most beautiful style I have ever seen!!!
Have you got a girlfriend? If you got one, what does she think about your popularity and about freestyle?
Not at the moment!
What do you think about the future of freestyle as a sport and as a bussines?
I think that Freestyle can become a big sport, if it's not official by fifa than I think it s ganna be a big underground sport, as a business I don't will have to see that..
