all this talk about joint and pelvis, what are those?
Joint is a "Ledd", and Pelvis is "Lysken". ;) And to answer the question; Freestyle is all about getting use to movements, and it might take some pain. Every one within will have pain in muscles or joints, sooner or later.

When you've practiced a move for a certain time, it becomes a natural movement for your body so you won't struggle with it any more. When trying new things, you might try something too hard (like almatw if you land alatw 1/10 times) or you try in a wrong way. And after you tried it for a while, your body will get used to it and the pain dissapears.
Sooo, won't anything happen if I try hard despite the pain? Can I continue in Timo atw training, or shall I train with easier tricks like htw, atw, co etc?

Yes I think it will get worse if you continue trying hard at timo atw. How does it hurt? Where? Try to make your muscles or joints more flexible where it hurts. Stretching out is important.

Ok, it doesn't hurt anymore, but the pain was coming from the left hip joint (because of Timo atw) and when I trained latw, it was the right one. I just ask if it would returned.
And shall I really stretch while the warming up, or shall I just do juggles (like shin juggles), easy tricks and running in the beginning and leave the stretching when I end freestyle?

Stretch before, under and after practice. That's my advice. Stretching cannot hurt you.

Just want to add one thing about the stretching. Before and under your session you should not hold the stretch constantly, you should more like swing forward and back so you don't pull any muscles because that could happen if you hold the muscle stretched to its limit. Remember, this is before and under your training, afterwards you should hold it more stretched constant during 20-30 seconds!
