Joint problem
« on: Mar 10, 2009, 03:26: AM »
Heh, when I was training Timo atw, my hip joint was hurting, I'm not saying very much, but it hurts, and I don't wanna to fuck it up. Same happened while I was training latw, so.....how can I bestir it?
"Matheson bases his descriptions of the death experience itself on studies by Elisabeth Kuebler-Ross and Raymond Moody.[6] When reading these accounts, Matheson found that revived suicides told a much more frightening story than anyone else who had near death experiences."

To learn to succeed, you must first learn to fail.
You can't know where you're going without good goals.
It's what you do that counts, but it's how you do it which separates you from the rest.
You can't have creativity unless you leave behind the bounded, the fixed, all the rules

 I'm not a master of anatomy but I think it's the joint exactly. But sometimes the pain disappeared when I continued for a while in doing latws (or be more precise, most of it were just latw tries).

Yeah, I hope it'll just go away. And I can just dream about magellans.  :nopity:

Joint is a "Ledd", and Pelvis is "Lysken". ;) And to answer the question; Freestyle is all about getting use to movements, and it might take some pain. Every one within will have pain in muscles or joints, sooner or later.

When you've practiced a move for a certain time, it becomes a natural movement for your body so you won't struggle with it any more. When trying new things, you might try something too hard (like almatw if you land alatw 1/10 times) or you try in a wrong way. And after you tried it for a while, your body will get used to it and the pain dissapears.

Damn it.....when I saw the topic title, I thought someone was having trouble with a different "joint" problem.......

But anyways, I had this problem about 2 years ago, from just playing soccer! It was very irritating, and the doc couldnt do much, I could barely walk for 2 months, then it went away after constant stretching.

Weird.

We're probably both right. It says "Buken" in the dictionary, and I guess you know where that is? :P

Hmmm, I don't know how to describe it more properly, not just because my English isn't that good, but I will try. Maybe it was the case what was August talking about, I just try too hard.
When I do Timo atw, the Reverse Crossover part isn't much natural for me, it is hurting because of this part afterall, because when I do the reverse co, it's not easy for me, I start it with right foot and do the revolution with the left one and my left leg is not the faster one.
When doing latw, I try hard too, maybe I shold train more on amatw, but like I said, sometimes the pain (now from my right hip joint) goes away, so it's fine, but the next day it's painful like the previous day, sometimes more maybe.  :dontknow:

I think it's best to go see a doctor, he's the specialist.

I once had pain in my hips because I fell. I didn't rest enough and it still hurt after 1 month.
