Monta Meet Denmark - Updates to the other Denmark meeting topic

Shall we set some final dates? 15th to 20th July is perfect for me, so unless any one has any problems with it, that's the dates? I think we should make it official within tomorrow, so if any one has any problem with the dates say it now. Agreed guys?

No I don't think so, Dana Cup is 6th-11th of July and the meeting is 15th-20th of July.

Dana Cup No.1 is 6-11th July, but Dana Cup Hjørring is 20-25th July. Yes, it's two dana cups :P

Me and matte is going to the hjörring one , so i guess its at the same time ? if it is i am pretty sure we will be there.
5 hours there and back is probably to much for 1 day so we probably would need to sleep at someones hous 1 night atleast if it is possible

Woah.. Just came back from a schooltrip in Berlin and saw this ...and it seems like a great idea..
I live bout 30 minutes from Copenhagen.. so i can host some ppl too .. no problem. Looking forward to this.

I need the exact dates of the meet, and if you guys want a specific "monta day" let me know.
I can't start organize anything before I have the dates, but no hurry.
All there is set for now, is the _possibility_ to have a "monta day" in connection with the meet. Nothing guaranteed yet.

Ok. Let's make it clear. 15th to 20th July is the official dates, and the place is Copenhagen. Every one seems agree. Plan who you'll be sleeping at on msn or pm or whatever, just not in this thread. If some one can have people at their houses, tell us here.
