I finally had time to do an actual vid instead of a shitty 1 minute vid...
I basiclly worked on sits and creative lowers in this video...

jay what can i say man you are always improving and i enjoyed this video a lot! I love the cross atw nt combo and all the creative shizzle you did, and the editing and camera angles are really great. Keep up the good work mate you have so much potential!

holy hell that was insane, i really wasnt expecting this! the editing and creativity and combos were all great you have improved so much. that neck-thigh catch handstand was sweet. great vid. :thumbsup:
