i see red x's on almost every picture and the main site doesnt work

everything seems to work for me except my avatar, I can't upload it
it says something like an error has occurred, can't write something something something....

the main site still doesn't work. whats the problem with it. it isn't asking me to download anything anymore, but it just comes up as a blank page.

Cant upload any avatars aswell, just would like to point that out,
